A: possession of the titles as
POR BOR TOR, SOR KOR
land owned by the government,
which can be exploited but not offering total ownership guarantee for new buyers.

The difference between NOR SOR SAM and SAM NOR SOR KOR KOR is that is measured by the government.
As to Chanotte that is measured using satellite and the GPS, which gives high precision measurements.

What is the meaning of "foreign property buyer"?

There are many options available for foreign buyers wishing to invest in real estate in Thailand. The usufruct works somehow like a lease. This is a legal property right that is registered at the local land registry to provide to the beneficial enjoyment of a property. A usufruct may be registered for the life of the usufructuary or for up to thirty years. During the period of usufruct, the owner can not sell or transfer the property to other parties. Another advantage is the fact that you can apply for land registration certificate providing you greater security on the property. This also means that you can safely give in rent the property and receive rental income. As usufructuary, you can also rent the property to other parties and get profits.
