Sai Yok (ไทรโยค) is a district (Amphoe) in the Kanchanaburi Province in western Thailand.

The Temple of the Tigers, a farm tigers in Wat Pha Luang Ta Bua is his best-known attraction.

It includes part of the National Parks Erawan and Sai Yok Yai. There are beautiful waterfalls like Khao Phang (in Thai ขาว พัง) also called cascade of Sai Yok Noi (Erawan National Park) and the Khao Jon (Thai เขา โจน) also called waterfall Sai Yok Yai ( Sai Yok Yai National Park).

The district is also home to the most spectacular section of the Railway of Death between the station Cabbin River Kwai Resort and Wangpho station (in Thai วัง โพ) with the famous Bridge Cave Krasae (in Thai สะพาน ถ้ำ กระแซ ) and the Hellfire Pass memorial with a memorial site located inside the Cup Konyu (Hellfire Pass in English, Chong Khao Khart in Thai), a memorial walking trail and a museum was inaugurated on 24 April 1996 .
